I. All pregnant women traveling with the Airline must submit a medical clearance (Paragraph 18.104.22.168. Resolution Nº 01458 of June 18, 2015) by which the Passenger fitness to fly is confirmed.
II. All pregnant women up to week 32 of pregnancy must submit a medical clearance, indicating the route and duration of the flight, issued no more than 10 days before the flight.
III. From week 32 or with high-risk pregnancies, women must submit a medical report and clearance, indicating the route and duration of the flight, issued no more than 72 hours before the flight and clearly indicating the expected date of delivery and must go through airport health and request a medical assessment confirming the passenger fitness to fly.
IV. Any passenger who is pregnant must show up at the Airline service module 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight and 3 hours for international flights to submit the medical clearance (regardless of the number of weeks.) In addition, the transport exoneration form for pregnant women must be filled out.
V. VivaColombia admits women who are pregnant in normal medical conditions, with no risk and with a physician's clearance to travel up to week thirty-six (36) of pregnancy for domestic flights and thirty-two (32) for international flights. If the passenger is not admitted, VivaColombia will make a full refund of the pregnant woman ticket.
VI. VivaColombia will not accept female passengers who are more than thirty-six (36) weeks pregnant.
